All digital product sales are final
You can request edits during the design process
Refunds aren’t possible once the final files are delivered to you
Edits aren’t possible once the final files are delivered to you
Please make sure you’re satisfied with the final work before approving

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:

Returns are only accepted if:
The product arrives damaged
You received the wrong item
In this case contact by email within 7 days of receiving your order

Returns are not accepted if:
You chose the wrong size or color
You changed your mind after the order
