About half of the calories consumed in the UK is ultra processed. And it literally kills and degrades health on the national level
Multi national conglomerates exploiting consumer ignorance for their own profit, it disgusts me
This “food” packaging should be the thing of past, like colored and branded cigarette packs advertised on TV
